Achievement is bugged

Hello I'm playing NFS Unbound on Cloud Gaming via Xbox

Everything was going well until I noticed that 1 achievement did not seem to unlock.

I completed the challenge multiple times with no success. Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue...

I've contacted the Xbox Support to help me resolve this problem. After some time trying everything to solve it, she told me that I should try EA support instead.

Achievement name: Kick It

Challenge: Use max Burst Nitrous 5 times during Lakeshore Online events

There are times when I did 10 max Burst Nitrous with no success

I tried doing it on my Xbox, PC and Phone but nothing helps.
