I downloaded the palace edition upgrade on the ps5 but none of the content is showing up in game. Tried rebuilding database, reinstalling game, restoring license but nothing works. Sony refuses to refund the amount. What can i do?

If you're missing paid content, you should contact EA Support. No one else can assist you with this issue. They will provide all the necessary information and redirect you if needed.

Sony and ea are just playing ping pong with me. One asks to contact the other. No solution yet.
So, my question: Did you have any add-ons before the Palace Edition Upgrade Set? If so, uninstall all previous add-ons and then reinstall just the Palace Edition Upgrade Set. That's why the different add-ons don't work together.
