Bought vol.7 speed pass, nothing unlocked

Summarize your bug I purchased the premium pass from xbox store. It's been two days and still didn't get anything yet. I have already completed the speedpass. I have the free stuff available but premium content still locked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 0: Complete speed pass free (all available levels) 1: Purchase vol.7 premium speed pass from Xbox store 2: Launch game, no premium content available.
What happens when the bug occurs? Premium speed pass content still locked despite the purchase
What do you expect to see? Getting the content i paid for.
Bought vol.7 premium speedpass two days ago and the rewards still didn't unlock. I play from gamepass with xcloud, and bought the pass from xbox store, it looks like it is purchased from both Xbox and the in-game store, but when I get to the speedpass page rewards are still locked and say upgrade to premium.
I launched and played single and multiplayer, free-roam and PVP, and did character, banner, and car customization, and leveled up in multiplayer. I also re launched the game from xcloud and played a few hours but still nothing.
I bought the pass when I had completed everything so the only reason I can think of is that it's not giving my rewards because I didn't get to level up after I got the pass. But it doesn't make much sense.
I chatted with EA help live chat, and they told me to report this issue as a bug. Also checked EA Help and Answers HQ community and didn't find a similar issue.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
