Can’t play the game

Everytime I try to sell or buy cars it a purchase failed or doesn’t sell, it works when the dlc are not download but when they are my game doesn’t work. The dlc won’t let me play or sell/buy cars. The game won’t even load it keeps giving me some type of code as well.
