Everything I try click on goes back to what was equipped on the model I first chose. The models I can change reverts back to the original model when I leave the garage. Some of them I cant select, like the first model.

Same for me on Xbox.Each time I try to save it returns to home and I have to reload the game.

Unfortunately i can’t change appearance of my character as well. I’ve been grinding like crazy for the past few days and i don’t want to delete my save. Is this issue going to be sorted anytime soon?
Yea I'm having the same problem. I'm on ps5 and I can't change character model,clothing or anything of that matter when I go online. I have to stick with the standard white girl. Restarting doesn't help either so idk.

There's a update coming out soon. I think it's for the addons/money that some people are missing and crashes, but hopefully our character bug is included.

- @I-KUKII-1 Really hoping this update somehow does fix this issue along with the others but it's really a 50/50, we haven't heard anything back from EA Atic or any other reps, and the details of the patch are vague. Crossing my fingers on this one.
None of the models, or clothing can't be changed for me.
I have the same issue since day 1. Character can't be customized in any.way can't even change character models. I've tried multiple restarts and reinstalls.
