Team is investigating the issue and we need some extra information.

What is everyone gamertag and platform they are playing on?
When you enter Multiplayer for the first time and you are going to choose your character do you remember what way you progress to the menu from making your characters to entering the first race?

Console PS5.

From memory, did story mode 1st, went to play online after, tried to customize character at the first opportunity and straight away was unable to do so prior to even entering online.

Tried to customize later on as well and was still unable to.
