HeyItsPup On ps5 I’m having the same issues I panicked when going online because I thought my save got deleted and rushed through making a character now it’s stuck as default

I've had not much motivation to play the game since this issue is just aggravating and kills a lot of the enjoyment. Last night I got on after not playing for several days and I saw a lot of other PS5 users having the same issue (they were all stuck with the default blonde female with the checkered jacket). Please update us @EA_Atic or anyone at EA about some ETA on a fix. I pre-ordered the Palace edition and got screwed over as a result, along with everyone else experiencing this issue. It seems to be mostly affecting PlayStation users from what it seems like.
