DR1001 ERROR in NFS UNBOUND Online

When i try to do an online game like lockdown, free roam or PVP races, I get the DR1001 error during the loading screen and then my game is stuck on the loading screen which meant I had to close the game from the taskbar, this happens every time I try to join online. The only way I can play online is to do 1 story mission and then go online which SOMETIMES works. I have the ultimate collection version of the game and this issue happened the first time I tried to join online (1 day after the purchase).

I downloaded this game in steam

I checked for corrupted game files and its all fine

I tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in alternate

I opened this game from the EA app

I cleared cache

I still get the error code after trying all that. I would really appreciate a solution or reply, thanks.
