Error Code 10600 - Cloud Saves on PC not working

Hi all,

Got a new graphics card today so I had to uninstall and reinstall the game because it wasn't launching.

That worked to get it to launch, but it messed with my save data. I backed it up locally first, thankfully. But when I launch the game I get an error code 10600. And when I exit the game, it warns me that the save cant be backed up to the cloud.

Then it says "launching the game again should fix this." but of course it doesnt. 

Any suggestions? Thanks!
