Error code 40050000 for need for speed unbound ps5 online

Can someone please help me, ive had this issue ever since i bought need for speed unbound on my ps5, i didnt have this issue on pc just ps5, whenever i try to access online i get an error message saying “item system synchronisation failed please contact customer support, error code 40050000

why does this happen? Customer support arent helping, my connection is good, my ea account is connected to my PlayStation, never had issues with any other ea related games just nfs.
