Error code

I need help. I have a error code and the code is FTJR2008 can you help me please?

    Hi there, 


    This could happen if you have a corrupt save. You can find out if that's the case by going to C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame\ and making a backup of your SaveGame folder. Then delete the folder from its original location and launch the game. It should create a new folder once you launch the game again. You can then check and see if it works and try to move your old folder into its original location to see if you're able to recover the save.

    Hi guys I had this code pop up yesterday while leaving game . I tried uninstall and install new game still cant go online. I had attached a pic to show the full error msg . Thanks if anyone could help with this

    On PSN, you can try the same steps; the only difference will be the location of your saves: Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. I hope this helps.
