Game is not letting me go online now

So recently I just got the ultimate edition for need for speed unbound. I play on PlayStation and it was on sale for like 7 dollars and I just wanna say the game was running fine before I got the ult...

Log into the game

Disconnect from the internet

Reconnect

Go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode

Click to go back online

Yeah it’s saying my inventory could not be loaded every time I go to online

  I'm having a very similar issue my game loads up in offline mode and I'm trying to play with a friend but every time I try go online it gets to 44/102 and then says connection lost i tried disconnecting my Wi-Fi then reconnecting that didnt work (i am on pc) if that helps
