Game not launching

Recently I bought Need For Speed unbound and have played for about 20 days or so and after I just updated my windows 11 to 24H2 my game does not launch and I have tried both EA and steam to launch but non of that helps.
I have verified the game files and even reinstalled
Run as administrator
delete DX12 file
add exceptions to anti virus
but no helped me
can anyone has any solutions to this?
