Hey rizkifauzi088​, 

If you haven't already tried, this workaround fixed the error for some players:

1. Launch the game and log in
2. Disconnect your device from the internet 
3. Reconnect to the internet
4. Make sure NFS Unbound is in offline mode
5. Select 'Go back online'

If the above didn't work, please uninstall all add-on(s) and reinstall them one at a time.
