Hey, I'm having some serious issues with the game.I just purchased the gam from Steam and it doesn't start at all. and I did try the PcDx12 file fix. Nothing works.It just acts like it is starting and it lunches the EA app and then does it again X5, then it says there is problem, or I have to force stop itMy PC is better than than the recommended specs.

@EA_Illium Yeah that did absolutely nothing.two things BTW,I bought the game from steamAnd the game doesn't even get to the black screen before it starts.Literally, the only thing happening is the EA app launching and shutting down nonstop

@EA_Illium I guess no one will help.Thank god Steam let's me refund my money. This is ridiculous.For once release a game that feels like you guys actually put effort in.I just cannot understand how is the biggest video game company have some of the worst AAA games in the last decade, and the worst customer service.

Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues Verify the game in via your Steam library Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates Thanks!

HI @skinnyboat6 when you have a moment, can we try the below steps and check if this continues after?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Verify the game in your Steam library

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Trying closing other Anti-Cheats and overlays that may be running

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues

We have recently made changes to the EA App, I wanted to check if this is still happening. If so would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?

Does this happen to any other account on the device?

How long are you playing until this happens?

Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?

What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I have problem with my Need For Speed unbound when i try to launch it shows only black window and crashes few seconds after please help

Hi there!

Recently I downloaded Need for Speed Unbound from Steam. Whenever I launch the game from Steam it opens the EA app and then gives an error that it was not able to retrieve information due to some firewall or antivirus. I have disabled all securities and firewall options but it is still showing the same issue. I have also launched the EA app as administrator but still nothing worked.
I have also attached the error message EA app is showing.

Kindly help me in this regard!
