Items Not Loading !!

I’m an owner of both the Ultimate Collection and Palace Edition content on the Series X and the paid items aren’t loading at all (always locked!!). 

I can’t even start any online session!!

It was 9,99€ (just today) for the Palace content and something like 15€ for the Ultimate Collection. I tried different workarounds but still…

I like the Need For Speed franchise so I hope I’ll hear an efficient solution from you EA devs. Otherwise, a refund should be made, and I’ll just play the regular game.
