I have the same issue on steam, but the legends m3 shows up in single player and not multiplayer unless i exit the game, verify files, launch the game, go to multiplayer, and then i can buy another m3 under the custom rides tab. I can then use the car in freeroam and join linkups and races. Except when I exit the game the m3 disappears from mp and I have to do the same thing all over again. Whenever I do have the m3 in multiplayer however, it shows on the top left that its rewarded to eaplay members, so idk if thats causing some kind of issue; and for the record I am not an ea play member but did have a trial two years ago, so not sure if that affects anything/is causing this bug to happen.
im facing the same issue.... i thought first i was going crazy lmao ... after i got all the 15 Blacklisted cars, the game never awarded me the car tho it popped up on the custom store... i bought one , then later on when i woke up , both car in my garage and the car on custom store were gone ..
later that day, restarted the game, and the car came back magically to the custom store but didnt purchase due of believing that it might happen same stuff lol which i was right, it disappeared next time i booted the game lmao
