Multi player wont load

Summarize your bug I bought the C8 stingray and now the car won't fully load, I can't load the multiplayer-mode succesfully due to this. How can I fix this bug?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't start multiplayer, it freezes in the end of loading
What do you expect to see? I just see chassis
