My Cop car is in slow motion in Hot Pursuit playlists

There is a lot of slowdown when you play the race as a cop, like a slow motion lag. The hot pursuit mode runs fine when you're the racer.

There is a huge fps spike

    @thedst11 Mine is the other way my race cars won't get out of 5th gear and loses It's power if I can manage to get it to the top of the band
