My Cop car is in slow motion in Hot Pursuit playlists

@Krisha_Actually same issue, speedometer even reads 150 mph but im still getting passed like im not even moving, boost does nothing

@DGKknife1101 yep, like i said, it's not that it FEELS like slow motion, it literally is slow motion. If you get air, you even fall slower.
