Need for speed Rivals startup issue

I've had so many issues with this NFS now so start to give up. Today when trying to start game (PC) Everything goes well until first page where I need to press enter to proceed. But nothing happends! Its just stuck! I've tried update GPU, windows and uninstall and reinstall NFS but no progress.  

Does anyone have any suggestion before leaving NFS and EA for good!
