遇到的现象及发生的背景 今天我更新了win11 22h2后玩了极品飞车22不羁的全屏模式卡住了，帧率只有8帧，显卡运行了20W，但是切换到窗口框时，帧数正常为82帧，显卡接近115W， 前几天，在Win10全屏下播放没有问题，即更新Win11后，无法全屏播放。其他游戏并非如此
操作环境、软件版本等 戴尔 G15 5515 R7 5800+3060 （130W）
尝试的解决方法：禁用全屏优化，关闭内核隔离，打开win11游戏模式，程序设置为高性能处理器，但都没有用
