NFS Heat - Weird shadows and phantoms around the wheels

It is today when i first launched Heat on my new laptop that i found this strange stuff - Weird shadows  appearing behind the wheels and phantoms of wheels around them.

At first, i thought the wheels look unreal on the ground, but i couldn't figure what makes this happen. However, i soon found it during the first match i played.
