Hello everyone. I’m encountering a “No Connection” error on the “Synchronizing Inventory” screen in Need for Speed Unbound and cannot connect online. I’m playing the game on an Xbox Series S. I’ve tried everything but still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game and its add-ons, reset my modem, reset my Xbox, tried connecting with my mobile data, and contacted EA live support, but none of these steps solved the problem. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me. I’m not very optimistic, but let’s see if anyone can help with my issue. Thank you all in advance and have a great day.

Stop deleting my comments, dear support. You, an office of no good people. Restoring files, reinstalling the game, changing internet connections, wire, modem, wifi, rebooting the device does not change anything. There was a time when DLSS was also broken, and now there are freezes with any type of anti-aliasing on high graphics, and I'm not playing on a toaster. You'd better pass the question to the developers before you delete requests, because I love them, unlike the parent company and expensive support, which all have to talk down their backs. Block it. Delete. All the best to you.
- 1 year agoI have tried all the steps, but I could not reach a solution. I had a live chat with EA Help for nearly 40 minutes, and they couldn’t solve my issue either. They told me this would be considered a bug, and I was instructed to submit a report here. Believe me, I have repeated the steps you mentioned three times, but to no avail. As players, all we want is to enjoy the game we paid for without encountering such problems. I kindly request that my message be reviewed in more detail and that the issue be investigated by the relevant authorities.

You know what's funny? How dodgers and tuning conflicts with the game, and we, not testers, but ordinary users find out about it, and the manager who was answering, brought a YouTube video from a user, from an ordinary user. That makes it clear, do you have a team of testers? Do you test updates before release, for possible bugs? Why should all players see it, and not just one, it's a massive problem now, and the broken DLSS was a massive problem too. I refuse to change tuning, I refuse to sell cars, and I will wait for positive changes, and of course new breakages that we will all experience. And some people say that it all started a long time ago, almost from the first volume, they removed preservation, sold cars, and it was several times. And they write it on the forum because YOUR support is unable to help, and everyone is asking each other, players of all platforms unite to solve the problems that arise with the game. The game has gotten better since release, but there are still holes in this trough, and I wish it wouldn't be when support for the game doesn't stop completely. After all, we like the game, we give money for it, we can't contact the developers directly, and we look to each other for answers. Managers who follow the threads, please just tell all Criterion that there is such a problem, and it's been there for a long time, and something needs to be done about it. Pass these words on before deleting it.
- 1 year agoThis issue has been affecting me for two days, but when I look at the broader picture, I see that people have encountered this type of problem even before me. The funny thing is, instead of releasing a patch to fix the problem, EA keeps pushing simple statements as if they would somehow resolve our issue. I'm saying it again, this issue won't be fixed by reinstalling the game or changing the internet connection. This is a bug, and it urgently needs to be resolved with an update. We're paying for this, making in-game purchases, yet all EA provides us with are basic statements. Is this really the value we get for the money we spend?
