NFS Unbound Palace Edition Connection lost

NFS unbound palace edition. When loading free roam following error occurs “CONNECTION LOST” need a fix.

So far I have: checked my EA account and it is linked to my ps5; unlined and re linked and is connected to my ps5; delegated the game and re installed; delegated saved data for nfsu on system storage. NOTHING has worked. NO issues when connecting other games, router working as should and connection to pin is active. Please help I’m very frustrated! And disappointed!
