No sound on TV at lower screen resolutions on laptop

I installed Need for Speed: Unbound on my laptop 2 days ago, when I started the game the graphics were slow at the resolution of my TV which is at 3840x2160, I then lowered the graphics to 1920x1080 and got no sound output on my soundbar or TV. I even tried 1280x720 and still no sound output, sound only comes on when the resolution is high. I tried the game on my laptop screen and all sounds work through the laptop speakers on all graphics setting up to 1920x1080. My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5, (AN515-58), Intel i5-12500h, 8GB of RAM, Nvidia RTX 3050 with Windows 11. How can I get sound to work at lower resolutions since I'm tried of playing it at higher screen settings and having low FPS?
