PC - Manual Gear - Vehicle shakes when starting a race on gear 2-6

Summarize your bug When the user who plays using Steering Wheel(Logitech G920) and Logitech Shifter and enters into any event in any gear except Gear 1 will notice the vehicle has shifting issues and vehicle shaking. This issue occurs when the Gearbox is set to Manual.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Method of Repro #1 1. Boot the title on PC Steam 2. FE > Start the game 3. In Gameplay, go to any Event 4. Before starting Event > Pause the game > Settings > Driving > Gearbox Type - Manual 5. Set Gear to any between 2-6 > Enter Event 6. Start event and notice the issue Method of Repro #2 1. Boot the title on PC Steam 2. FE > Start the game 3. In Gameplay, go to any Event 4. Before starting Event > Pause the game > Settings > Driving > Gearbox Type - Manual 5. Start the Event 6. During Event > Set Gear to any between 2-6 > Restart Race 7. After Restart notice the issue
What happens when the bug occurs? The vehicle shakes and impossible to accelerate or change gear to race.
What do you expect to see? The vehicle drives normally.
