Is there anyone else who bought the Palace editon on the EA app or Origin app and when you lauched the game your controller wouldn't connect? I've been scratching my head for hours now trying to get my PS4 controller to connect to the game to no avail. I've tried connecting my wired Xbox controller in as well but that still didn't work. Just trying to see if anyone else is being plagued with this issue or if my apps are just glitched.
Community AdminMine PS4 controller doesnt seem to work. Even if i plug it in before launching the game. Did you do something else?
Do you figure using a controller masking software like DS4Windows would allow PS controllers to work, at least until a solution is implemented?
Edit: after a quick test, DS4Windows does allow a PS controller to work.
Just downloaded and installed DS4winsows and it did not work for me
If you have the game on steam/ have steam open you may need to disable steams controller config in big picture mode or just exit steam.
Thought PS4 Controller or controller in general would work after release. This is still not the case, you cant even to smth, every button is messed up 'A' is 'R2' ?? You cannot drive because you always see the front of your car till you plug out the controller then it gets his normal view. Is day one patch planned or do i need to buy a new controller to play ?
