just to give you all a short update, this is still getting investigated. I totally get that it's annoying having some of your cars and parts disappear suddenly. We will make sure to let you know when we have anything new to share!

Bought two more Taycan Turbo's yesterday because of this BUG, to find out those two disapeared also WTF EA, not playing this game anymore untill this gets fixed and i get my cars back!!

same, I just finished rebuilding my 6 taken taycans again on Wednesday, they were all there for my stream last night. But today, just logged on and yet again they have all been removed. Costs $3mil and an hours work each time this happens. why you do this 💔

my car is back, however tires are not being displayed. I can put on another tires but they are lost after a while.

Thanks for the update and good to know it is being looked at. : ) Up until now there were no comments from EA about the issue.

Since I thought that the disappearing textures was Nvidia driver related, I reverted back to my previous NV graphics driver.

Unfortunately the problem is still there, so that kind of throws my NV drivers theory out the door.

thanks for your patience while we dealt with this issue. The vast majority of cars and parts should now have reappeared in your garage, as before.

There still seem to be a few parts missing, specifically from the Porsche Taycan and Volkswagen GTI Clubsport, that are still being looked into.

@EA_Vendcerai just checked NFS Unbound and my cars are still missing including my Taycans entirely ☹️ 

Now My Two Original Taycans are back but the Newly bought one is missing now. Also the is an issue with the Parts and Handling Menu for the Taycans now, opening the Parts menu Chrashes the Game and in the Handlich menu only the Grip/Drift selector is visible.

Nothing is fixed! Parts of the DLC cars like the Polestar is missing! The NFSU & NFSU2 Nissan's license plate and their vinyls! All is like those pictures I've attached as well as the Lakeshore Porsche.

I am still missing my 2 Taycans and have cars with missing parts on them, so I would say that the problem is still not fixed. I'm on Xbox Series X if that helps.

My parts have yet to reappear on my cars, my dlc cars and reward cars are still gone from the custom tab in the car shop. and my now 4 taycans are still gone, about 3 mil went into those.

My Polestar from Heat & Speedpass Porsche are missing their car parts. The Porsche looks very bugged. Eddie's Skyline & Rachel's 350Z doesn't have their Vinyls and licenseplates! The McLaren F1 for Heat players is also bugged!

All my cars are back, but I couldn't edit parts for Taycan, the game crash everytime I do so. How to fix that bros?

I'm DONE with this game My Taycan Turbo's and other cars are still missing from my garage and you guys are doing nothing about this! season 5 dropped and nothing is fixed! i'm done with this game!! i WASTED millions on those cars. F*** THIS GAME

I logged in after many years onto EA's forums just to say that this is utter garbage, can people never have nice things ...thanks EA for literally just  caring about money :D and taking away good times from friends !!

Hello dear friends and gamers, I may have found the solution for PS5. But maybe it helped for me, I can't say for sure that it will help for other PS5 gamers.

I was so angry and frustrated this afternoon that I thought to myself, OK, get rid of this * and I sold the broken Polestar.

Then my party friend and I went racing again, and when I entered the garage again, the message suddenly came that reward had been received, and that was the Polestar, and to my delight it was complete again and with the wrap, just like us bought it as a DLC car.

Ok, did the same with the other DLC cars, and immediately went back into the garage after each race, and boom, reward received, body complete and with wrap.And now i have all the DLC cars I bought complete with wrap again.

Maybe this will help other PS5 gamers too.

Nice discovery !  Can anyone else confirm that this works across other platforms?

OK, I can verify that this works for the PC version I am currently playing.

I sold my 2016 Golf and went into game for a minute then went back to garage.  I did not receive any message about being rewarded the Golf.

So I went to buy another one and behold!, the  custom DLC pack Golf is complete. (see pic proof)  I had to buy it again so I lost some cash in the process.
