unable to connect EA server in ps5 

I am facing an issue trying to play Need for Speed Unbound on my PS5. Unfortunately, the game is not connecting to my EA account. I already own Need for Speed Heat, and it connects successfully without any problems.

I have tried connecting both via Wi-Fi and a direct Ethernet cable, but the issue persists. Is there a solution for this problem? Your assistance is urgently needed.
