Unable to sign in to EA on PS5
Every time I try to log in, it goes through the process and then it takes me to that small screen that says my login expired and that I'll need to change my password. I did so, then I updated my account information. Even after doing all of that, it still kept taking me to the same screen. I tried to manually log in to EA with my Playstation credentials and it gave me errors. I'm now at a loss. I also tried looking up how to log out of my EA account via my playstation, but nothing popped up that was helpful. I even got the EA Play subscription for 12 months. I am practically stuck with having to deal with this screen every time, plus I can't play online.
I succeeded! Check if the password initialization mail goes to the email you used before, and change the PS5 mail to the old one, so you can connect online. It is also possible to log in to EA with the old mail, disconnect the PS5 connection, and connect to PS5 with the mail you are writing now. Be careful because there is a period of time to release it once you connect it. I think it would be good if it was solved in the same way as me.
