when i try to load in to need for speed unbound or any other ea games it gives me a connection lost error.

Same for me on ps5. Says can't connect to PS network and that PS network might be busy. It isn't, I'm connected to the PS network, just can't open NFS unbound.
Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Community ManagerAs a test, can you switch your connection to a mobile hotspot and then try to connect? Make sure you power cycle your console after switching to the new connection.

You can connect though and that's more than your normal connection. This is most likely an issue with your connection then since the mobile connection will connect. Please contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
