All players , collection and trade pile are now NON-TRADABLE

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? TurdLsquirts
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my team
What happens when the bug occurs? All my tradable player , collection and trade pile has turned non-tradable
What do you expect to see? The issue resolved and I get my tradable items back
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Everything tradable for some reason isn’t anymore I’ve spent so much money on this game for this to happen

    No problem thank you for your help, you can understand my frustrations I assume. Toty mcdavid from tradable to untradable is insane  and all of my golds I had in my collection, my team has no value now I can’t upgrade if I want too now

    Hi I’m just checking if there is any update, I’m missing out on these new sets because I have nothing to sell and  upgrade for tots cards this is maddening to me I can’t get an answer

    I'm very sorry, but I don't have an update yet. I'm trying to get one for you. I'm going to be out for the next few days though so I may not have an update until Thursday.
