Can’t buy packs or points in hut
Why can’t I buy points in the store??!! It’s been like 2 hours and it either gives an error message or says try later. I even bought gift cards and I can’t redeem them!!!
Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know if this helps or not.
