@drippinsowetOne thing I've done with my club to fix this is having everyone un-ready up and sometimes it will un-freeze that player.
Or you can press in the left stick to select game mode, change game mode, and then change back.
To prevent this, I've been only changing loadouts in the Loadout tab as opposed to the little menu that appears where you can Ready/Change Loadout/Select position.
Frustrating that we actually have to find these work-arounds, but these have worked for us in the past.
