You only get the pre-order bonuses on one console. Since you opened the packs on Xbox One, they won't be available on Series S as well.
Community ManagerI definitely get the frustration with this. I know I'd be pretty disappointed to have those items on the version of the game you're not playing. Just for future reference though, The Series X/S version says X/S on it and the Xbox One version doesn't. I'll pass on the request for these to be better defined.
Random side question to this conversation even though my original question was answered.
Can I install the Xbox one version of the game on my Xbox Series S and play on that console with that version of the game until the migration comes out?
I don't want to mess anything up before the transfer but just curious how it all works. Thanks!
Community ManagerTheoretically, yes, but if the migration is the same as it was last year, you can only do this if you never loaded into HUT on the Series S. Also, we haven't released any details on the migration yet so I really can't promise anything.
