Goalies are god awful this year.. What a joke

While the feedback is appreciated, there's not much we can do with it. If you could be more constructive and point out how they are bad, that would help. So would some video. If you see something you'd like to report, that would be the best way to let us know what issues you're facing. Thanks!
One situation in particular is every time a player is skating across zone and shoots on his forehand the goalie follows him gets out of position and the player scores far side. Any shot that is screened the goalie is wildly out of position and usually gets scored on, and even one timers that aren’t cross creases where the goalie is in position, they just won’t save it, there could be literally near zero room for the player to put the puck and the goalie won’t move at all and they’ll score. Next time I play, I’ll try to get video of really bad goals.

- @EA_Aljo Can I just upload an entire game we played last night where we absolutely dominated the opposing team? We doubled their shots, had like 3x the time on attack and lost 8-4 because their goalies was diving across the net left and right saving well set up plays, and then they would just come down the ice, skate into the goalie, forget to shoot, and score.
They goalies are way overprogrammed to stop actual hockey plays, and peewee level against broken stuff or anything else.- EA_Aljo
Sure. You're welcome to upload whatever game footage you like. I'll take a look at the goals. I played a few games last night. It would have been nice if our goalie made cross-crease saves, but he let in several, unfortunately. I did see some pretty great saves that they most likely wouldn't have in previous games and my defense could have been better. Are your opponents scoring them frequently against you or were all 8 goals scored by other means?

I disagree. goalies are much better than they were in the beta. you can still abuse the cheese but its much harder due to the increased D ability.
Who knows, maybe what I’m experiencing is an outlier, I’ve seen videos of goalies playing insane, and I’ve read comments where people say goalies are great, I’ve adjusted some sliders, so when I get on tonight I’ll reset all the sliders to the default latest game version and see what I get. I’m playing on all star and playing franchise with Chicago, so the defense is bad and the goalie himself is bad ratings wise. But he gave up like 6 goals on 14 shots in a period and a half and most goals were wrist shots from the top of the circles that should be saved. Could be just me.

And absolutely nothing wa done about the brutal interference penalties that plagued this game last year ,and please don't ask for clips because they're the some penalties, I'm convinced that the devs don't even look at the clips that are sent innhl 2k8...watch and learn ea...goalies that play like goalies...
