Huge bug in season mode causing crash

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Theiceman1002
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to season mode, go to new, choose any league but NHL. Then replace teams in the league with substitute teams, as soon as you choose one you will redirect to another screen and crash
What happens when the bug occurs? You go to a screen where you cannot get out of it, or progress any further. All you can do is restart the game as no inputs work
What do you expect to see? The same screen. I will attach a screenshot
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Season mode
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Regularly
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)

    Hi any update on this game breaking bug?

    All my friends and I are completely stuck as we only play custom league. 

    will there be a fix soon?

    Is there anything new with this report. The problem was there yesterday. Hopefully EA patches it asap.

    Come on guys. You have killed Custom Leagues with an update, surely you can sort this out or at least give us an idea of how and when this will be patched!

    Hi EA

    2 Weeks with a massive game breaking bug (which was introduced by you during an update) which makes custom leagues totally unplayable and not any indication as to what you are doing or when you will be sorting this out!

    Absolutely unacceptable customer service. 

    We have bought and paid you for the game. Sort this out so we can play it! 

    Some updates or an indication of when it will be resolved would also be welcome

    Yes this is very bad! Its should not take this time to fix that bugg!! I hope it will be an update tomorrow! Wait long enough on this bugg now !!

    Plz Come With an update where it fixed, i play seson mode Every Day, onlything i play. I need it fixed nooow plzzzz

    Come on EA! It’s now over 3 weeks since I reported this huge game breaking bug, which you actually introduced as part of a patch!!!!

    so many of us play custom leagues and you have broken the game

    please give us some feedback on when this is being resolved as for many of us the game is currently not even playable!!!
