Hut 23 - Inbox exceeded limit

Remove some items from your inbox to resolve this.

What is happening when you try to remove items from your inbox?

It says inbox exceeded limit by 1 items

Can you get me a video of what is happening? You should be able to go in to the inbox and redeem coins/points as well as send items to your collection.

Its says I'm over the limit exceeded and I can't redeem please help

If you already have 2000 points, you can't redeem any more. Can you scroll over to a different item, like a player or coins and remove those from your inbox?

I only have points is there a way where u can get in my account on your end

In that case, you're going to need to wait until you can redeem more HUT Champions points next week. I can see if we can remove them, but you also wouldn't get those points back.

Please remove I don't need the points I would just like to play the game I will grind for more
