It says inbox exceeded limit by 1 items

Can you get me a video of what is happening? You should be able to go in to the inbox and redeem coins/points as well as send items to your collection.

    Its says I'm over the limit exceeded and I can't redeem please help

      If you already have 2000 points, you can't redeem any more. Can you scroll over to a different item, like a player or coins and remove those from your inbox?

        I only have points is there a way where u can get in my account on your end
