In waiting to figure out which option to choose somewhat concerned I might lose all WoC progress I remembered I had another GT I can try things on. Funnily enough, that one has no problem loading anything. I tested multiple times to make sure. So I leveled up to 2 just to see if my WoC progress would be lost when I clicked delete everywhere. As I figured, it did not. Performed the same option to my \"infected\" account and it did not fix the issue as the long loading times continue.
I have also performed the following at this time:
Reset all loadouts for both skater and goalie to default. Not resolved.
Reset my gamerpic to a default emblem as requested. Not resolved.
Attempted to reset customize skater options when I get the error code attached from the OP. (I verified the entire code for an exact copy character by character.)

Update: We no longer need the details previously requested. This is appearing to be an issue with AT&T. Please contact their support to see if they can offer any assistance. We are still investigating, but are not finding any issues on our end at this time. We are also seeing this affecting Battlefield 2042 players who are all on AT&T as well.

Evidently changing to my mobile hotspot reduced the load times... I don't understand how that makes sense but so be it. I started to test different internet connections and scenarios. Here is all the tested data: The test I ran is a simple stopwatch test from the time the Xfactor player and picture pop up on screen after entering WoC from the main menu... to the time where the WoC \"Play\" section menus appear on screen.
- All results are in total seconds and not splits.
- Tests 1-3 were done prior to 5pm or what i consider to be peak hours and where this starts to really show. 4-6 are during peak hours.
Wireless (hotspot)
