Of course we care. It's not like we enjoy seeing these threads. The problem is that we can't find a problem. Without that, we can't find a fix since there is no problem to actually fix. Again, I'm not saying this 100% is not on our end, but until we can reproduce this, we won't be able to address it.

I believe that you make an effort to improve the gaming experience, I also don't believe that EA is solely to blame. I know I'm repeating myself but the game worked perfectly, offline and online for the first 10-12 days, after that there were weird player movements, but it was still acceptable and playable because the server or connection is/was still good. But since the last patch, I'm not exaggerating, like my players are being dragged from behind, like they have to skate on mud, like they are being slowed down by something (fat-man lag)..if you saw my gameplay you would ask me why am I still trying to find a solution, you would give up playing. For me, the last patch was the end of the gaming experience. I hope the next patch comes soon
