Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Let me know what happens.
I’ve already tried that, also tried changing my dns , power reset, resetting the router, lowering brightness, deleting the game

Have you checked your router for a firmware upgrade? It would be good to contact your ISP to make sure they aren't noticing any issues. Also, take a look at your ethernet cable and make sure it's free of damage. It should also be at least Cat 6.

In that case, you can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
