Feedback is implemented outside of tuner updates. Also, gameplay feedback is collected throughout the year and is used for modifying gameplay the next year.
Just because we're not currently doing tuner updates, it doesn't mean we never will again. Just like we stopped issuing tuners based on feedback that was received, it's possible they could return if we hear otherwise.
