Community ManagerLet's make sure you have the update. View the game details to check the version number. It should say 1.3. To see it, highlight the NHL 23 tile and hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button. Then, choose Manage game and add ons. It should say 1.3.0.0. If you see that, go through a full power cycle with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
No I did not help went back in and it didn’t work idk why it’s such a big problem!

It's an odd issue for sure. I know this sounds weird, but do you have the latest roster update? If not, try downloading it and try again.
I did not I just change it and it did not work so idk
