NHL 23 Loading issues

Hello,

I have recently ran into loading problems, during a season.

When I go to play game, it asks do you want to simulate your affiliate game...Yes

But then it goes back to the main screen,  and the EA logo in the top right corner just spins, and nothing else happens

This is really frustarting, and started in season 2023 and am not up to Season 2047.

Am thinking my save file is corrupt, any way of fixing this?????

    Hey there. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do if the save file is corrupt. You can try the steps below, but I'm not super optimistic this will fix it.

    If on XBOX:

    1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
    2. Highlight the NHL 23 icon
    3. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
    4. Choose Manage game & add ons
    5. Go to Saved data
    6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it


    If you're on PS:

    Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.

    Good luck! Hopefully, this helps. Unfortunately, if it doesn't, I don't have any other suggestions.
