@BIGRlTCHY I get that they don't want to give us timelines for things getting fixed but at least say that they're being looked into and will be fixed. We don't need a date that it will be fixed by, we just need to know that it's being looked into and will be fixed. Aljo's canned message about stuff being forwarded to the devs doesn't do any good. Sure, you can forward the info to the devs but that doesn't mean that it will be addressed at all. There needs to be better communication to us on what's being worked on and transparency

Yes communication is key! This is a product that is being sold to customers at a AAA price. If you ever take business/management it is the companies responsibility to provide feedback on broken issues within the product. At this point the vast majority of the consumers are upset and we need an answer from EA themselves.
