Penalty shot rules not understood by developers

Or when they slow right down, and do that stop deke. LOL I do that too since it's laughable to see. If you stop skating or lose control of the puck, that penalty shot or shootout attempt comes to a stop and doesn't count. Lost yesterday to some LT puck on a string Michigan nonsense. 2 points away from D3. Seems like every time I get close to this division again some nonsense happens. 

EASHL me and my buddies lost to the same LT nonsense during penalty shots.
