Re: True broadcast camera

Hey man!

I've been a shareholder of EA Sports since 2014 and have been happy with my gains.

I just want to let you know that you should stop gaslighting your customers - pretending like "this isn't a big deal" and it's "a small minority of people."

You and your team clearly made a mistake or a miscalculation and to take it out on your most devoted customers is absolutely ridiculous. I know this isn't your fault, but I plan to bring this up to executive staff - the technical issue/feedback.

EA relies on having a monopoly on niche sports and the more you push away your customers, the more likely that crucial monopoly strangle hold isn't a foregone conclusion. And any SHRED of doubt - even if it's in 10 years, makes firms SELL the stock because your company relies on growth and how it will preform in the future.

I recommend you 1. Encourage the team to fix this. 2. Stop being rude to your fanbase.

Thanks.

What a pleasure it was to play franchise mode before. Each arena is unique. Calgary has its own atmosphere, Minnesota has its own, and so on. And now it's just a camera from the ceiling for everyone. All the same. No fun... I didn't pay for that!!! EA finally pay attention to our feedback!!! What's the point of this forum if it's useless???
  • @jpambros23 Thank you! That's exactly the kind of reply we need i here. It feels we're unheard, in a cyclical loop that always ends with the same excuse. This is the first time I come to a EA Forum to actually express how discontent I am with a change to a game I play, especially considering this change came after the product purchase. This is all sorts of wrong and the quality of response we get here is concerning.
