I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hello, i did what you proposed but it did not Work. Rivals ist still crashing.

Thanks for getting back to me. Next, try clearing the personal saved data for NHL 23. To do this, follow these steps -

• Press the Guide button and then highlight the [game] tile.
• Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
• Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Let me know what if that makes a difference or not.

I completly de- and restalled all Game Data two days ago. There was No Change in crashing.

No, that didnt Work. Second Game crashed at 19.33 local time

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Others people seem to have the Problem too. Imediately before a Games Starts they we're kicked Out, Like it ist Happening to me

The Problem occurs since the Last update. The Problem depends in the Update.
